I have a buddy that runs a Aikido dojo in Tokyo. I'd love to go visit him sometime but it hasn't happened yet. Sounds like fun!

I have been to Japan, nice place.
I will probably be sitting on my ass at work for new years. Though I may be in Seattle, really depends on the COO and what he needs me to do.

Me too. I want to take an entry-level Physics course just for fun.

in high school my physics class was taught by someone who didn't know physics. we would ask him a question and he'd start talking about the war. I learned the formula for glucose and that was pretty much it.
once he was telling a story and he was on the floor, lying on his bed imitating a dead cockroach. true story.

Re: anyone been to japan
uh
you learned about glucose, in physics?

I know, it doesn't make any sense. Thank you, wonderful South Carolina public education system!

It's like a really in-depth math class IMO. I enjoy math so it's a win-win for me.

Well, I've always been fascinated by physics so I figured... why not take a class in it? I'm really getting into Quantum Physics and Quantum Mechanics, and as twisted with endless possibilities as it is, it does rely on regular Physics as a root concept.
