Topics not being marked as read after I read them

It started with viewtopic.php?f=21&t=18114

and it is spreading to every new post...

Deleting cookies does nothing, I use Firefox like any intelligent person should, marking all forums read does nothing, and I'm out of ideas.

I am having the same issues after eating all of my cookies and changing skins from Sniper_Blue to every other one out there...

Let me know if this continues for next next couple days. I moved the DB yesterday evening and it may take a day or 2 for everything to straighten itself out.
