Yes, it's a shame we don't have as noble and honorable of leaders as Jean Chrétien.

Obviously leaders in Canada are of higher moral calibre and would not misspend public funds.

Every last bit of what Chrétien did wouldn't even phase the average American. Actually its encouraged in the US.

Sadly, Canada lacks checks and balances and snows their people over into not caring about transparency, freedoms, or rights, and into actually wanting more government. George Orwell wrote a nice book you should read.

You're like a broken record with the CBC stuff. I've already told you a number of times, I don't watch the CBC.

Have you actually looked into what Chrétien allegedly did? He threw a contract at an old friend. Did he own stock in the company? No. Did he go to war to fuel his own interests in a company he used to be the CEO of? No. He just gave a buddy a lucrative contract. Big deal.
