And I'm posting while working out, woo. If the WoW servers weren't down, I'd be playing. This is actually working quite well. I have the resistance cranked up to level 9 or so and just go at it. Yesterday I lost track of time while playing WoW and ended up biking for 70 minutes straight. I can totally see myself doing this every day. Hopefully it helps me lose a few pounds.
I'm 5'11'ish and around 193 now. I'd like to see myself down in the 160's, then possibly start focusing on strength training. The least I've weighed since the earlier teen years has been like, 180.

there's a reason i plunked by boxflex thing in a spot where I have to walk past it to get to the TV (and can see the TV from the bowflex)
