DUro and I have been playing it for a while now

takes a long time to beat a map, but in general it's a lot of fun

micromanagement is minimal

I also discovered that if you piss off the computer played factions enough they will band together to wipe you out.

we were playing the other night, duro and I on one team, against 2 other teams of 2

all 4 of the cpu guys kept sending me bribes to turn my back on duro and wtfpwn him (and they were doing the same with him to wtfpwn me)

repost

how do i get ahold of you tikker? i played this a lot single player but i kind of hate it because the computers are absurd. just like any RTS yunno, they can do everything at once. so while i'm wasting time trying to figure out what i wanna build someplace, the computer can do that and build its army and explore and rape me and send the pirates at me

i only played on hard tho so i dunno... but i'm jonesin to play it multiplayer

They need to. It's to damned easy to form up fleets of them and jump from planet to planet destroying all the colonies. There is no real defense. I would rather they put in some anti-siege defense though.

well
in theory the planetary shields should be the counter, but it's just not an even counter

Been having a lot of fun with this game. My buddy and I have done a few single star 2v2 games. Us vs the comp.

I've found that Tec LRM's pretty much own all. Flaks for any fighters who dare come. All in all the game doesn't seem very deep, but I do like how situational the research trees are.

We should get a 2v2 NT hamachi game going!

the LRM are cool for true
