So that means every single person has a choice when they are 3 years old as to where to live and who to be around when they are learning to talk?

Im just saying everyone's is influenced by the area their in. Some places may have less of an accent to them, some places have much more of an accent to them obviously, and the people in those areas cant really do much to change that because thats how their grown up learning to talk in school, and everyone around them. So sayin someone is less intelligent than someone else just becaue of their accent kinda doesnt make any sense. Its kinda hard to avoid getting an accent from an area when you have no choice but to grow up there
