Hey
I have been playing WoW on the side for a couple months. My druid is lvl 70. This game is so user friendly, it allows me to own as well as get my homework done. WOW what an easy game.
I still play EQ. I just wanted to come laugh at all of you guys because I have finally proven that WoW is easy.
Fun? Yes it is fun! Everyone loves to kick ass in a video game. And anyone can in WoW. ANYONE meaning 4 year old kids on up.
See ya.

Re: Hey
I totally dig the end game encounters in WoW. Very inventive albeit gimmicky still makes the game more than lets say...Ssra temple. Yes, its easy to level. Yes, there's a lot of horrible lvl 70's. Do I think its easy to be good at this game? No I don't. Getting to 70 and getting phat lewts does not equal good but yes, it is easy to get level 70 and nice shit.

Actually WoW is setup for the "bubble-gum snapping blondes" who just want to point/click/level without much thought required.
EQ is setup for those desiring more of a challenge.
When you can direct your raid to kill "triangle" "square" "skull" - doesn't say much about the level of thinking required.
I met someone who works for Blizzard Ent. - more specifically the WoW side of the house (so they claim). It is true that World of Warcraft is in fact designed to target an audiance from 12 years old to 20'ish. The firestorm of adults 20+ being drawn to the game was more or less a fluke - but with wonderful marketing strats they made it work.
Don't get all bent out of shape - I am just relaying what I was told by someone claiming to be an employee. I didn't ask for ID, nor did I quiz her to check her story.
Anyway - WoW is like Britney Spears. EQ is more like Stone Temple Pilots.
