political forums

Postby Eziekial » Thu Sep 04, 2008 12:44 pm

I'm interested in finding another political forum (one that's very diversified) and was hoping someone here knows of one they can point me too. All the ones I've come across are concentrations of wing-nuts circle jerking over the latest fake internet news story. :PEENER:

all of the forums I visit have become political forums as of late. the amount of Palin threads is pretty ridiculous...at least four people have decided to leave because of it.

welp - to his credit, the mccain attention whoring because the media didn't find him watch-worthy worked. stupid choice, but very nice strategic timing.

it was referred to me by a republican poli-sci graduate, but whatever you think... i don't see you suggesting anything (or anybody else). just more party bashing with nothing constructive to say, as usual

do you guys watch the news networks for your political info or what?

The dailykos is definitely not a diversified forum. The very link you posted is a prime example of that. Anyway, it's not that I don't care for the debates on this site, it's more that I'm looking for more and wanted to branch out.

And I avoid watching FOX, MSNBC or any of the major networks for my political edification.

if you're trying to be snide, that was terribly unnecessary~

No! I was not being snide, but maybe it was in poor taste... DOH! lol sorry I can't help myself.
I was making a comment about your zeal to debate ;)

you'd be surprised, actually - the OT forums over there are just loaded with stuff about the election - one of the threads is 800 pages >.< I avoided them for 2 months lest I forget the reason I'm there in the first place, but then just couldn't help myself :p
