I agree it's pretty fucked up but with all the really bad parents out there, I'm not sure there is a good answer.

I mean if you're an asshole god-awefull parent, and you are able to actually see how bad you are, and you really want something better for your kids, . .

I don't have an answer and I KNOW a law like this will get abused, but still....
