The Salvation Army.

Not only is this fuck out infront of the Store ( and has been since 3 days before thanksgiving ) but the lazy shit isnt even ringing the bell. He has a RECORDING of the ringing bell he is playing.....



I am going to get a pic if he is there tonite.
