sxpipper - saves login/passwords, name, address, phone, in encrypted file on your HD and auto fills them for you in sites that you want so you don't need to remember them and fill forms for you.
ad block plus - blocks banners.
colorful tabs - gives each tab in browser different color making them easy to see.
cool previews - if you hold mouse over link for few sec, it will give you small window into what's on other side of link saving you click to bad spots.
fission - shows load status inside address bar, like safari browser on mac does.
IE Tab- opens Internet Explorer only pages.
Image zoom - let you zoom in and out on any image with r.click/scroll wheel.
Smart bookmarks bar - places tiny icons on your toolbar for your bookmarked sites.
Web of trust - rates safety of websites for you, gives you warning before opening dangerous website.

I couldn't live without TORCP and subsequently the TORbutton addon for firefox. It's great to dodge bans from forum nazis in gaming communities.

Catch an admin blatantly cheating and/or abusing their position and post it on a forum, they ban you and delete the post to contain their faggotry, and then I just load up the proxies and have at it to my heart's content.

FoxyProxy - allows me to browse websites on a private network through an ssh tunnel
Greasemonkey - Mostly so I could redesign my cooperate management websites to work and look how I prefer them to rather then how they were designed.

found a neat scientific calculator plugin the other day

puts a tiny little calc icon in the lower right corner, you click it and it opens a text box where you just type in the calculation you want

you can change modes on it too, if that's your thing
