If any of the sites I have designed looked like that, I would look for a new line of work.

    This make me think of the people at my job after they when to get a windows training (windows for dummies!)

    They changed all the color and fonts of every configuration of every windows. That was in the time of windows 3.x thank god we locked those option so they stop bugging us with there problem. What was funy was they have no clue how to cancel a print job or how a directory structure work after there training...
