Newest WoW server?

I left WoW about 5-6 months before Wrath came out and haven't really kept tabs on the game since. With the summer here I am thinking about starting anew. Gonna make a new account and start fresh. So on that note did Blizz open up any new servers when Wrath came out? Looking for something that's not to far advanced and where the AH has stable pricing. Basically I want to be able to make my money from selling on the AH (gonna have 2 gathering skills most likely to start with) instead of doing dailies. Never really used the AH addons (as I would grind dailies for money) but this time around I'll be relying upon them heavily so if anyone knows of a really good one please let me know.

Ghostlands and anything in the Emberstorm battlegroup I believe.

I think there's a server that a lot of the NTers are on as well. I'm on Kilrogg myself.
