It's not fair to the non-idiots to have to pay more for the less intelligent

"less intelligent" haha. I can show you 10 smokers who are 10 times smarter than you.

Yet they continue to kill themselves slowly at ridiculous prices for no gain at all. Fucking geniuses...

Based on the assumption that everyone who smokes dies from a smoke related illness. Granted the odds are not in your favor but some people make it through unscathed. Like every smoker in my family.

I don't smoke though, $7.50 a pack here in CT. That's painfully expensive.

Gidan wrote:That brings up the original question, where do you draw the line on what is your business and what is not? If you happen to have a married couple both working for you, is their entire private life your business because it could effect you? Is someones diet your business because what he eats could effect your company? The idea of if it can effect my company its my business doesn't work because anything can be turned into effecting your company if you look at it the right way.

Do you come right out when hiring people and tell them that everything they do at work, at home or wherever they are is your business and they have no right to any privacy from you?

Im not talking about peoples sex lives or any shit like that. I will tell them when they first even apply for the job how i operate. If theres something that happens that i think can affect safety in my workplace, im going to address it. I dotn really give a shit if its my business or not to be honest. If it affects my company and my employees, im going to deal with it. If they dont like it...everyones replaceable. Move on down the line to a job they think is more 'private', if they can find one right now.
