What theme are you running? Have you cleared your cookies?

no idea, and no, my theme, err - the light blue one i guess.

And for cookies, no i havent cleared em, im not exactly too sure where they r either. im on ie8, windows xp pro - was using firefox before, so got used to that.

I tested your theme, it works fine. You will need to clear your cache and delete all cookies. There are 1000 guides on google to do this for whichever browser your currently using.

well... its not my theme, its not my comp (cuz im using a neighbors comp) and its doing the same thing! so yah

Not sure what you are doing, I have tested your theme, your permissions and tested logging in as you and can not duplicate what your seeing.
