Finals: Lakers/Cavs - Lakers repeat... despite Shaq coming alive and destroying Bynum.
MVP: Kobe Bryant
Rookie: Blake Griffin
Scoring Champ: Dwayne Wade
Defensive: Dwight Howard
Most Improved: Shawn Marion :dunno: (I never get this one right)
6th Man: Ben Gordon
Coach of the year: Greg Popovich

West playoff teams:
1) LA Lakers
2) San Antonio
3) Dallas :angel2:
4) Portland
5) Denver
6) Utah
7) New Orleans
8) LA Clippers

East playoff teams:
1) Cleveland
2) Orlando
3) Atlanta
4) Boston
5) Chicago
6) Washington
7) Miami
8) Toronto

WC finalist: San Antonio
EC finalist: Orlando

Biggest WC blowup: Houston - completely scrapped roster before the trade deadline. Yao for Kevin Martin, etc. T-Mac to Seattle for a 1st rounder...
Biggest EC blowup: Kevin Garnett's knees

WC Sleeper: Dallas
EC Sleeper: Miami

Most overrated in WC: Denver
Most overrated in EC: Atlanta

Nostradamus prediction: NY will have a decent start and surprise a lot of people, but will finish no better than 10th in the East.

I'll just copy Vonks post for format and intellectual property theft.

Finals: Lakers/Bos - I hate Boston but I love the team this year. Health is always a concern with a vet team but Rasheed is going to help them so much on both sides of the ball. Lakers with again though.
MVP: Dwight Howard (Reg Season) Kobe (Playoffs)
Rookie: Jonny Flynn (He'll get a ton of burn and I don't want to take Griffin)
Scoring Champ: Wade (There's nothing else in Miami. If he doesn't injure himself he'll win this easy)
Defensive: Dwight Howard (I don't see who else is close. Maybe Artest if he pulls it together but I doubt it)
Most Improved: Anthony Randolph / Andrea Bargnani (It's a shot in the dark so I'm taking two)
6th Man: Rasheed
Coach of the year: Stan Van Gundy

West playoff teams:
1) LA Lakers
2) Denver
3) San Antonio
4) Utah
5) Portland
6) Dallas
7) New Orleans
8) Phoenix

East playoff teams:
1) Orlando
2) Cleveland
3) Boston
4) Atlanta
5) Toronto
6) Washington
7) Chicago
8) Philadelphia

WC finalist: Denver
EC finalist: Orlando

Biggest WC blowup: Pshhh I don't know, Phoenix? Why have they still not blown that thing up?
Biggest EC blowup: Miami is a disaster waiting to happen. They were dead last a few years ago and I think this team might be worse. They'll have to do everything in their power to try and entice Wade when the team is in the toilet in the East.

WC Sleeper: Utah (I always like Utah)
EC Sleeper: Toronto (I have to right?)

Most overrated in WC: Portland (Paper tigers, the lot of them)
Most overrated in EC: Everyone aside from Olrando, Cleveland and Boston. Those are the only teams that matter. I'm rooting for Washington since I have about 12 of their players across two fantasy leagues.

Even though I picked Toronto as my sleeper pick in the East, that’s just because I hate all my other options. Actually let me change my pick to New Jersey. They have just as good a shot as anyone else. Judging from their play in pre-season I am very cautious about Toronto’s chances this year. Sure we can score, but I think we’re probably the worst defensive team in the league. It’s going to be brutal.

ah well... he still has a bigger upside than the rest of his class, even with missing the first quarter of the season.
