This was all over the radio here in Northern Virginia. The lady didn't even crack the windows. They said the dog had torn up the interior of the car and the door panel trying to get out. The worst part is the lady thought it was more prudent to return the purchased pet items instead of trying to get her to a animal hospital. She can rot in hell.

i've heard lots of speculation that it was probably intentional--or at least she probably knew better but chose not to do anything about it--because it was her husband's dog and she just took custody of it out of spite after they divorced. seriously i hate people sometimes
