My girlfriend has never really played video games let alone an MMO and she's having a blast. Maybe I'm having so much fun because I get to play with someone where everything is new again. I'm excited to revisit the old zones. Just dinged 12 last night and we can now start checking out some of the newb dungeons. We hung around the zone in Najena and plan on hitting Befallen soon. I have no interest in grouping really so hopefully we can find some dungeon content suitable for a war/sha duo. The outdoor zones are fun but the danger just isn't there.

You want danger? Take her to Blackburrow. No ports allowed. ;)

If you want, I'm already kind of bored with Fippy and I'd roll something to play with you guys occasionally. Maybe an enchanter? I understand if you want to stick to just the two of you, though.

Chardok sucked. Like 2 days after Kunark opened, me and a couple friends were trying to explore the place, and I made the mistake of trying to pull one of the lizards on the bridge. Whammo, I'm blown off to the very bottom of the dungeon. Of course, since Kunark had just opened, there were no maps of any kind, and I was now feigned at the bottom of Chardok with a full spawn up all around me, and no clue of where in hell I was gonna go. The necro in the group ran off to buy a coffin (still no stackable coffins then), and I just picked a direction that looked uphill and started feigning my way up. Somehow, I managed to find the way out, and with some lucky feigns vs casters, I got out. Hated the place ever since though. The constant wipes we got trying to do Prince/King/Queen later only cemented my opinion.

Old Sebilis was probably my favorite, at least at first, when not that many people could get in there. It started sucking big time, though, once everyone and their cat got a key and crowded it up like LGuk pre-expansion, where a L1 could run from end to end in perfect safety, because any mob that spawned died in 0.2847 seconds. It does, though, get bonus points for remembered Trakanon drama, like the Glubgawd 3-guild Reet room trak-pull wipeout that had every single member of LOS laughing their asses off.

Howling Stones was the most fun EQ dungeon for me. For what seemed like months, we'd be the only ones in the zone. No trains, challenging content and decent loot for the time.

THANK YOU

some of my most enjoyable moments in gaming happened there - i used to take my weak ass SK down there along with my bro's even-weaker-ass ENC and two-box crawl as far as i could. yeah i had haste and clarity, but zero heals outside of lifetaps and bandages... tenso as fuck!

She's never played video games before. I figured Warrior was the easiest way to go. We're not concerned with the most efficient combo. Figured it's a decent one.

Huh... didn't get any sort of email about reactivation.

Probably just as well seeing I finally uninstalled EQ for the first time in my life a couple months ago. D:

Still waiting to be saved. Hurry! We're lvl 18 and stuck hunting in outdoor zones because we get schooled duoing in dungeons.

We're 19 now and just futzing around with quests, etc. Starting to work on Crafted and Totemic armor. You should level up a character quick and save us.

Or, you guys could play on a superior server without the bullshit..., just an idea.

Kunark will be out by the end of March, and it won't be shitted up with quests not removed from Luclin+ etc., marketplace, or ridiculously overpowered mechanics that shouldn't exist in that era making it entirely retarded.
