I wish I had the time for it. I've become engulfed in the property management team for a urban redevelopment project (the latest by a group called Urban Smart Growth, responsible for projects such as Disjecta in Portland, Oregon, Hope Artiste Village in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, & a variety of others across the US).

I have the burden of marketing, leasing, design, and a bunch of other shit I didn't sign on for... on top of remodeling my house.
