wtf. we threw out the onion powder our old chef used to use. you can grind onions w/ your knife. or pestle/process them. or just sweat them and strain the oil into your dish. fuck powdered anything. WEAK B, WEAK

What's up with the all onion hate up in here?

I dunno Im a really picky eater and used to really hate onions. I dont like cooked onions cuz they are kind of slimey and ill. I like raw onions here and there but cooking with them is fine and dandy they do add a lot of flavor. I think I like the red ones more than yellow or white . Tomato hatred is the one that drives me nuts. I meet so many people that dont like tomatos and it drives me crazy. How you gonna have tacos a salad or a good sammich with out some tomatos.
