Its not hard to reload. I drill switching mags pretty often and can do it pretty damn fast myself and I have no army training at all. Its just like anything else you practice the move enough and you get good at it.

Anything over 10 is considered high capacity in Massachusetts. It depends on the state you're in.

As for Spazz, I don't really disagree with anything you said in the paragraph you addressed to me. But we also have to consider why it got the way it is today, and I think where you and I differ is that I think the culture we've created in adoration of our right to bear arms plays a significant role in why violence runs so rampant here. We may not have the highest firearm homicide rate in the world, but that's probably because that title belongs to countries also topping the list in drug trafficking. But I cannot and will not ever be able to fathom why we have 5% of the world's population and something like 50% of the world's guns. That's absurd. I will also never be on board with handguns or any type of automatic. It's just unnecessary. Yep, I'd have no problems with people owning black powder single-shot muzzle loading muskets. They did have pistols back then too, but they were also matchlock muzzle loaders. The government did a buyback of all the newly illegal semi-automatic weapons, and in the first 2 years alone, took in and destroyed over 700k weapons. You know the results? Australia saw a drop in gun-related crime between 1996 (when the law was enacted) and 2006 of 59%. That's right, a nearly 60% drop in gun-related CRIMES because they enacted stronger gun control laws. And funny, neither nation has become a horrible tyranny that could have been easily avoided if only the citizens were armed to the teeth....
