yeah but where exactly is the line? if yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre is on one side of the line, which side does yelling "bomb" in boston fall on? you know i have a lot of fucks to give about freedom of speech but as soon as you use it to cause terror in others that shit ain't right. maybe the judge will see it as free speech but i really doubt it

kid's a fucking idiot, obviously, although i will say that any sympathy i might've had went out the window when i read that he once threatened to stab his own sister. he'll do some time, though nothing close to 20 years. i'll guess somewhere between 6 and 18 months
