As far as bracers, just buy cheap banded. AC is nice for Warriors. Everything with any stats tends to be overpriced in EC. I buy as little as possible. Outside of my 2 rings, pretty much everything I have I farmed.

5ac 55hp rings are what I need. Two of them. Not sure what they go for though.

Hope you had a good night in Unrest, Gaazy. We cleaned up in Field of Bone. Not sure why you thought the exp wasn't good. We mae about 5 bubles in the three hours we were there. With the fungi though, you could probably have done better.

Zorm wanted to try something different. Basement was good in Kurns but it's easier for us without a tank to be outside. I think we have about another lvl or two in FoB/Kurns area before we have to head back to the main area. Might hit up the Karanas / Split Paw (is split paw busy?)

I think I tanked in Unrest from 15 to 20ish and than did centaurs/gnolls in South Karana until 30 if I remember, but I think you guys can do SK from 15ish all the way into 30

Don't know much about leveling in Kunark, I was 50 for a long time before it came out

Kunark zones generally have a lot more mobs then the reg game. That's the advantage.

Splitpaw is a pathing nightmare. You will get trained on a pull that has no business pulling shit through walls.

It's good experience but there's just a lot of bullshit to deal with.

Ive only been in paw a little bit but there is one part that is so beyond fucked. A few rooms in theres a ridge above a doorway. When you go near the door the mobs up top aggro and they path through alot of mobs and bring a massive train. Its 100% of the time. Ive never been past that part so maybe it is all good after it but i dunno.

Just like the bridge in uguk. If you stand anywhere on it the mobs below aggro and path into a hundred mobs bringing a huge train every single time. Dont even chase runners on it just zone

I havent played in years but i loaded up and logged in last night. Went on an epic shopping spree to update my 2 characters as best i could then it was 330 and my girl sent me to bed. Will play tonight after wrestling. Not the eq emulater or whatever but real eq. Itll be nice to storm the oldworld with tugg while stackin aas and reminiscing.

I'm curious how many people play original EQ vs P1999. I note about 900 people most nights I play for P99. Spazz, you should come back to the old school game.

Anyways, I've had a fairly easy time leveling without too much pain as I'm fairly conservative. On Monday I decided to go camp the Ice Giants outside of Permafrost for slow exp and a bit of coin. I've done this 4 or 5 times in the last two weeks. Each time I check under the river in the caves for the Totemic Helm guy. This time as I start swimming with my awesome 115 swim skill, Tundra Jack and his fucking bear decide to stroll by me and aggro, probably due to my dog. Anyways, they instagib Fido and proceed to wtfpwn me. Nice having a green that can quad you for 400 and runs at SOW speed, not to mention underwater I move at the speed of molasses.

Gotta love EQ.
