I have a 6 bard and would like to make either a Mage or a Rogue after that.

If we have a twink group, we should have a good mix. Colleen is 49 and I'm not actively leveling her outside of with Team Scum.

Just to throw something fun out, it'd be cool to have an all Dark Elf team. Warrior, Rogue,Cleric, Enc, Wizard, Mage, or SK...

A few options for today.

We could go back to SolB and try bugs & bats, or Efreeti (if one of them isn't camped). Both would be hard without a proper tank (as always) and Sol B doesn't have any undead. Also, Kitao hates that zone.

We could go to TT and work on name cycle and try and get some OS keys. Advantage here is our made up group of necros and no tank would work well here since we can fear kite and we'd actually get loot! Exp might be crappy since we'd probably have trouble getting pulls with our druid puller rather than ranger.

We could go to CoM and just find a camp. Advantage there is there's lots of undead to charm.

We could also try Karnors, but I'd rather only go there if we know we have a tank in place.

I'd be down for getting Seb keys.

CoM is a mess and overcamped, but we can grind here if a camp is open.

What level is Kedge?

Apparently kedge is not good with charm, but it's appropriate lvl.

So looks like our little group has broken up, at least for now.

Kind of saw this coming. I doubt any of us (Zorm, Gneitog, Kamin/Zanchief) will be on in the foreseeable future. Post 50 game is a bit of a grind and really hard to find uncontested mobs.

Honestly we played longer then we thought we would. Had a fun time, but lots of other things to do. Nothing really happened.

I get the feeling Velious is a ways away <6+ months>. I expect my play time to continue to go down as there's no real raiding to be had, and camps lose their luster pretty quickly nowadays.

The great thing is no sub and you can login anytime you want to screw around.

We may come back at Velious after a few months away. I think we'll do a better job of making a super group better equiped for dungeon crawling. RIght now the problem is that if the three of us want to stay together it's too hard finding the required pieces to make it work. Druid/Enchanter/Necro can't walk into a dungeon and just OOC looking for more. Cleric/Tank/Enchanter could. I think that will be our next plan, but we need a cooling off period if that ever does happen.

Currently enjoying tackling my backlog of movies/books/games I've put off for EQ.

If you can add a tank I'll be glad to do a dungeon once a week with Colleen for a few hours. The Nec and Druid are great compliments, especially with Tikker being DPS.

i'm having a tough time with this too

I'm either on every night, or almost not all

middle ground seems difficult to come by

Yeah, same here. I guess the solution to this is to play a Paladin as your main and be an overworked schoolteacher ;)

It's funny that fifteen years later and the game is still addicting as all hell.

Anybody have a link to an actual working EQ Titanium torrent download? I tried 3 but they were all bugged and infested with tornTV and other bullshit.

Finding Titanium was a pain. I don't recall exactly where I got it.

Let me know when you create a character and I'll be glad to throw you some plat and help you out.

Thx Lyion. I found one on a torrent site (forgot the name) and it came in the form of 5 CD files that you have to burn to blank disks, which I'll do tonight when I get home from work, then try to install them. I'm not holding my breath though lol. I looked up EQ Titanium on amazon yesterday too, and they have price ranges from $85 to $2200 for a used copy. Omgrofl  $2200.00 !!!!!!
