You know, as much as I hate to say it, if you want tor drive traffic here you should start a "Pretty Girl Thread" like FOH's... that one seems to dive a ton of traffic to Furor's site. Must require a lot of bandwidth though.

I'm all for the voting of threads and rating of users as well.
And perhaps if there is a way you could have the rating of the user reflect upon how much their vote is weighted as well.
Small example
20 posts = 2 votes by mud's system.
Give them a negative rating of say -10 (10 people voting them a -1[max])
that -10 would take away 1 of their weighted votes, making them only be able to vote with a 1 vote weight. Each negative multiple of 10 they go takes away 1 more vote weight.
Then again Im a math geek and could get into this further if the programming of the board allows it.

you were probably over 1000 posts when I first created on Ezboard, and I also took huge breaks. I didn't create my account till march of 2002 I think, first time I went looking for "Nameless Tavern" after I heard friends talking about it was at the official EQ website, and I got pissed off after like an hour because I couldn't find it.
