need A Pulsing Black Vial x 2, this is player made, one of the indgredients for Zek bane..

Ingredients :
Insanity Fangs (1) Dropped in plane of torment by Construct Seedlings during the fight with The Acolyte of Affliction
A Vial of Black Blood (1) obtained in tactics by speaking to Eriak
Celestial Solvent (1)

If you can get Adam to get the stuff out of Athrok's bank it's yours. Everything for that quest should be there.
