In this picture they were able to display 2 action bar menus at the same time? This would be amazingly helpful!

Ya it's cosmos. It's not very useful atm other than the other hotkey line and quest levels. Some of the other parts of it are more annoying than anything. I just use it for the extra hotkeys.

Thats all I want it for! the extra hotkeys would come in handy with group play. Im constantly switching between hotkey line ups

Me too, I also use Cosmos because it tells you what level a quest is. Thats always fun
