dueling won't raise weapon skill

I always pickpocket and even made it in my evade hotkey. You can make up to 50pp on an ldon run. If you get lucky and get a blue diamond or something it can be a lot more. Lockpicking is worth it too, do befallen as high as you can then click the book in PoK until it's maxxed. Buy a +2% mechanical lockpick and get the gloves that give +2% to lockpick when you get high enough also.

They "fixed" PoK 3 patches ago, dirty bastards.
PoK being Plane of Tranquility though.
