Here is what mine looks like, with a little instruction!
Once you get MIRC installed....
You should be looking at the MIRC options...

From there....

Full Name: Gargamellow
Email Address: gargamellow@hotmail.com

Nickname: Gargamellow
Alternative: Sandiani


then click Servers beneath Connect on the left...

IRC Network: Azzurra

Click ADD under IRC server and type
IRC Server: sbrize.azzurra.org

Click connect to server and it will show u some spam as it connects...

Click the folder with the #+ on it up on the left....(this is a favorites folder!)
click ADD

Channel: #NT
Description: Nameless Tavern
Password:
Networks: All Networks

(note no pw necessary for NT)

Find #NT on the channel list...click it...and click JOIN.

you can also /server sbrize.azzurra.org and then /join #NT from the command line and it will bring you there as well!

I'm using a UNIX based client, but the server and channel handles work fine. I'm on right now.
