Warning about Tinkkerbelle

If you guys are asked by this person to join raid for Fabled or any other items, do so at your own risk. Last night at like 11pm, she wonders into the Fabled JBoots camp and ask to get on the list. Right after that the Fabled spawns and we kill her. While the person who was next in line is logging her alt to lewt the boots, this person ninja loots the boots and camps with a "YAY!" shout.

Set me back from getting my boots another hour and a half.. man was I pissed.

Twinking alts?

If you know you're next in line, why wouldn't you log on your alt around the time the spawn is due instead of making everyone wait for you. Probably the same people who feel no shame in going AFK whenever the fuck they feel like it. Damn I hated that. Don't you realize that 5 people are left staring at a computer screen or doing idle things while you go afk or log on to an alt?

Although in this instance logging on an alt probably doesn't matter much if it's a timed camp. But twinking an alt should be done with money you earned on your original IMO.

theres no way you can buy an item like fabled jboots for your alt, the spawn will be there for like a month then it will be gone forever, if you didnt get one you're SOL

Short story, so I was at my buddies house the other day and the fag still plays EQ so I log on to his account to say hi to some of my buddies and train some noobies or what ever. So these new UI are so fucking lame I got killed by a fucking orc pawn, TWICE. I loged and swore never again.

EQ was fun back in the day, now it's soooo fag.

I used fag twice, Oh three times.

Doesn't anyone report ninja looting anymore? In my day (I refuse to call the shit that is modern day EQ my day, even though I still play in it.) people got in trouble for stealing shit, which usually resulted in getting suspended, if not banned.

fabled jboots is ~ 15% faster run speed than normal jboots.
