I think I deleted it by mistake and it wont patch.

Zanchief I would send you the Interface file but I've already downloaded Cosmos. All you need to do is go to http://www.cosmosui.com download the files, unzip them and put the 4 files into your main WoW directory.

If it doesn't work the first time, delete and repeat the process.
