What position do you consider yourself weak in?

You people need to figure out how to make good trades offers...
Don't offer me a #75 player for my #20... flat-out. If it were a pair of #40s for a #20... MAYBE... if you explain to me why you think it will make my team better, I'll hear you out... maybe you are right.
I'm not stupid, I'm not going to make a trade for one of my best players if it doesn't help my team.
Just the same, I'm not going to make a trade OFFER if I don't think that it helps the opposing team.
For example, the big trade between Rotj and I:
He didn't have a point-guard but was AMAZING on Centers and had a GREAT forward. I was *good* on centers, good on forwards and great on guards. How could I get his forward without scrapping my team? I offered my great point guard (Iverson) and my very-good forward (K-Mart) for his great foward (Dirk) and his bench center (Ilgauskas). He benefits because he ends up with a very balanced team... AI at point, K-Mart at Forward and Yao at Center. That's a great lineup. Even though I downgraded my point-guard, I gained in the 4 spot with Dirk. Shaq's my anchor at center. I am gambling that the difference between AI and Hinrich is less than the difference between Dirk and K-Mart. He's gambling that Yao will have another impressive season. At the end of the day, both of our teams are better.
THAT is how you make the trades happen.
Every single one of my trades were conducted through very nice proposals that illustrate the benefits to both parties. I'm not going to insult Tadpole's intelligence by offering Stephen Jackson (a good forward) for Kevin Garnett (arguably the #1 player in the league). Just the same, don't come to me with someone like fucking Shawn Bradley(the #42 center in the league) and try and get Ilgauskas (the #4 center in the league)... without at least explaining why you think that it's a good trade. I'll at least hear you out...
