lol what connection are you on? hehe

and i agree has big time potential. As long as they make it better than D2 and not as crazy as EQ hehe. As long as high end is like EQ in the sense of uber loots, fun fights (used to be when i was playing at least) just none of the crapola with having to clear whole zones to take on one uber mob.

so far i have played a warrior necro and ranger.. so far rangers i think are better than the warrior (the double strike is killer for rangers), and casters are ... well casters (nice distance spells, but take a while to refresh).

I like that you can resurrect people.

hehe after i mess with the 2nd zone if it really snags me than i am preordering

Really liking this Ranger/ Elementalist combo.

Would like it even more if my computer would stop sucking. I've had 2 crashes so far (one reboot, and one unresponsive black screen). Havn't had a crash in months until now, not since I rearranged my ram.

Seems like a fun mmorpg that doesn't have a lot of the bullshit that usually comes along with this genre. I've only finished the first mission but am very impressed. You get to see a nifty little cutscene. Also, I'm liking the graphics a lot better than anything else coming out soon.

The Arena type thing rules, getting paired up with random people and slugging it out.

The mercenary addition to the party is nice as well. Nice not having a group unable to work because we need X class.

I did the battlefield also. My first group got a 26 winning streak. Finally a team figured out to kill me first (I'm a monk) and slaughtered us 8/.

Also, in the first 10 minutes you won't do anything but the tutorial. You should at least do the first mission before you delete it.

yeah it'll be competition as far as amount of players just because it's free. i know shitloads of people that love RPGs and play muds but would never play EQ or similar games because of the monthly fee.

if this stays completely free i can see myself playing this one regularly

I'm sure a lot of people think this, but give reasons!

The graphics are gorgeous, the game is intuitive and easy to play.
Its like a combination of Diablo/Dungeon Siege and Morrowind.

My big gripe is the retards you find when you are online, a la Bnet.

It's quick to get into a game, the combat is fun, and the hired mercenary system is good.

The lag in populated zones was a bit unbearable at times, but in missions there was none for me.

Has it improved any since the E3 preview? I didn't care for it then.

They've added a lot, but fundamentally it's still the same game.

Taxx....I'm married and you're with, Kizzy. You really need to get over your fascination with me.
