EQ2 or WoW.....

Not trying to start a rant here, but I am having a HARD time deciding which one to go with.

I've beta'd both (although WoW was only for 8-9 days), and enjoyed the hell out of both of them. I know I will not let myself throw away as much time as I did with EQ1, but I still want to have some bit of depth in what I play. My intentions are to play more casual this goaround.

I can tell know that EQ2 will take LOTS of time to be somewhat successful, and to "keep up with the pack". Plus watching how the dev's are completely changing things over and over fixing one class while breaking another is very disheartening.

But I keep reading about WoW's lack of high end content. I know Tig is working on this, and that's a plus, but to this day I have no idea what it will entail. Will it fit casual gamers? Will it be high end guild raiding? How big will PvP impact it?

Oh decisions decisions. Guess I am going to have to flip a quarter in the end.

Personally I think you'd do well in either game, but if you want more for your time invested Id say WoW.

Then when you're thoroughly done making that game your bitch you can choose from 2-3 other games that will be out by then.

Go with your gut instinct based on your personal play experience.

Or play both for a few months together, and see which grabs your fancy, thats my plan.
