DVD-RW Drives

Postby Jimmy Durante » Fri Nov 05, 2004 9:27 am

I'm looking at the Plextor and Lite-On brands. So far I've used plextor CD-RWs which I've been quite satisfied with, but I am wondering if anyone has used the other brand I mentioned with good/bad results?

Both are good.

No significant differences if you ask me.

I've used both brands.

Plextor makes solid drives and has for years. I've had Lite-On drives fail more than once.

MSI is rated number 1 for quality right now and will break a lot of write protections.
