I'm probably going to go buy EQ2 today, and I thought having a pirate in game would be pretty cool, since I'm a pirate IRL.

There aren't many swashbucklers in game yet, because not many people are 20+.

The highest on my server is like 22 as of last night, and he's a gnome wizard I believe.

Ralph, you should build a might fortress on the bluffs of La Jolla overlooking the ocean, get drunk on Capt. Morgan, and shoot cannons from the highest turret at ships down below while yelling, "HARR HARR MATEYS!!!"

We Rogues used to joke about the titles we got... Maurader (sp) and so on -- we often joked that one day Sony would give us the gay name of Swashbuckler... well that joke is now true...

Don't be gay... if you're gonna make a *Rogue* be a freaking Assassin, not some gay Swashbuckler for God's sake.

From what I've heard, Swashbucklers do damage, but with very quick hits. They do not do major one damage hits like Assassins do.

I love my Barbarian Ranger. He does sick damage, has tracking, can stealth and scout, and with group speed, EQ1 Rogue level damage, and good ranged pulling he is an all around blast to play.

I'm very addicted to EQ2.

Ya, if you are closer to a 486 than to an AMD 3500 then EQ2 might be a bit rough to play.

My problem is I'm digging both my Rat Mage and my Barb Ranger immensely. Tough to stick to one character.

I've been so busy on the tradeskill side of things, I haven't had time to think about more then one character.

Made some server firsts last night (Apprentice III Priest/Mage scrolls). Still waiting for EQ2players to update so it's official, but no one else I had talked to had made them yet, and we were all working feverishly to be first :D
