I have made my decision! When I pick up my computer today I'm going to upgrade to 2 gigs of ram. From what a lot of you are saying it helps a lot, and the shit is cheap here - so why not?

Now I just have to work on getting the damn game here. Every site I tried to order from kept saying there is some problem with my billing adress. I guess the China adress is giving them some trouble, which it really shouldn't. Can't wait to start playing though.

Might need a new vid card Grusum. I think the rest will be playable if you turn the settings down.

Make sure you have a good hard drive, with cache, also. Thats a rough setup, Grusum.
You can play, but you'd have to turn down settings.

I don't think that graphics card is supported. If I recal it doesn't have some texture features that EQ2 requires.

FYI

I installed and played EQ2 last night on my weak system and it worked ok. I did turn down all the settings to start out with and am going to try and find a good balance.

Do plan on upgrading the video when I can.

I upgraded my vid card last night to a 9600 256 and have graphics boosted to balanced with absolutely no lag.

New specs:
Athlon 2800+
1GB RAM
Radeon 9600 256
