Um, Diabolik grew up in a very strict Mexican Roman Catholic household. He went through confirmation, attended Mass twice a week for 23 years... the whole bit. I'm sure he would be perfectly capable of discussing the RCC with you knowledgeably if he was so inclined.

All he, like myself, was trying to point out was that you were a lying piece of crap when you stated earlier that you weren't trying to tell anybody that their religion was wrong.

Once again, I was showing people how Catholic Doctrine and practices are in direct confrontation with what the Bible teaches. This is not Mindia forcing his beliefs down anybody's throat. This is Mindia opening the Good Book and PROVING beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Roman Catholic Church is a fucking WHORE and is misleading its followers.

You have remained relatively calm and civil. You guys just don't know when to stfu though. A total stranger could stroll into this thread, start at post one, and come to the conclusion that I owned all of you.

To answer your first question...

1. I challenged the Roman Catholic Church, and their followers and ex-followers, through a very small partial list of multitudes of Scripture (as you will see tomorrow) that prove the Roman Catholic Church engages in practices that do not go hand-in-hand with what the Bible teaches, and that the practices they engage in actually go against what the Bible teaches us. That is what I said.

2. No religion is "wrong" from the perspective that if it comes from the individual's faith, then it is based on their beliefs. But what if somebody was raised with a particular religion, and they've never challenged it, or even thought to investigate what they believe in or what they're being taught, and somebody who has actually done a lot of research comes along and says, "Um, check this out...(opens Bible)and says what you're doing isn't right if you're wanting to follow God's laws and commands." What is wrong with that? What is wrong with somebody trying to reach out and help them along the correct path? Outreach ministry is all about Christians reaching out to people who don't even know who Jesus is, to reach out to misguided Christians, and to reach out to the younger generation who often make unwise decisions in life. My Church is Bible-based. We don't add or make stuff up, or engage in cultish practices. If you believe in Jesus Christ as your personal savior, and you believe in the Holy Trinity, why not make your walk with Christ as accurate to the Bible as possible? Catholics, Mormons, and JW's need reaching out to.

religion is about faith, which is belief in something you can't prove.

you believe in most of the version of the bible you are convinced is the correct version. you believe what is written there is FACT. however, FACT requires PROOF. if you or anyone else can produce one shred of evidence which PROVES that which is written in your bible is FACT, a lot of people here will eat their words. until that happens though, you need to realize that IT IS NOT FACT AND THUS CANNOT BE ARGUED AS SUCH. this is the nature of what a FACT is and is not up for dispute.

i cannot, as a rational, intelligent, spiritual human being, accept any refutation of what i have just stated, nor should anyone else.

additionally, feel free to waste your time arguing about my choice of the word "your" bible and not "the" bible, as it was an allusion to the FACT (see? this is something that can be proven) that there are many different versions of the bible still in use today. i realize that it is a part of your faith to believe that your bible is the only TRUE bible, just as it is a part of the roman catholic faith to believe THEIR version is the only true bible, just as the anglican church believes THEIR version is the only true bible, ad nauseum.

folks here are showing you the courtesy of respecting your choice of faith despite their personal feelings about its tenets. it would be nice if you could at least return that courtesy. but whatever you do, please please PLEASE stop arguing FAITH as FACT. it is an unwinnable argument.
