I would say she probably would have a hard time moving with no money. It's not like you just walk into the big city and they offer you an apartment, a job, and a car.
I noticed you mentioned stripping... so like someone else suggested, tell her to get a webcam. No need for a car for that. She just better hide it well from the parents. :D
Better yet - have her "perform" at your house. Then you get a free strip show, AND you get to come off as the friendly and helpful guy.

Tell her to put her hair up her pretty little head and start milking cows for the nieghbor. My whole life I've lived in small farm towns and had no trouble finding a farmer who needed a hand. Even in college I drove 30 miles out of town to work on a farm rather than doing some bullshit fast food/busboy crap.
