Shrug... I guess I'm just upset that he won by a landslide (supposedly). That's BS. I'm not so mad that he won, but it should have been a lot closer. Last year's race between Shaq and Nash was the 4th closest voting ever... This year was even harder (for me). I didn't think that Steve did anything that was so head and shoulders above the rest of the contenders that he should have won in such a dominating manner.
Last night's Kobe posterizing Nash was pretty

though.

Maybe each individual person was just as conflicted as you were, Vonk. They just all seemed to settle on Nash~
The dunk was crazy though.

It looked like a ballboy got stuck on the court and Kobe just jumped over him.

I would actually buy that poster.
I mean, I

Nash too... but it was just freaking awesome.
Go back and talk on the playoffs thread damnit. Get that back rolling.

Is AI still good?

by vonkaar
Yes, AI is a god... I sincerely believe that he has more natural talent than anybody who has played the game in the past 30 years. His height cripples him. AI at 6'7" would be a Wayne Gretzky to the NBA... he'd own EVERY scoring title possible. He shoots like Kobe, at 5'10". It's amazing.
He's always going to be amazing but he'll never get another shot at a title and he'll PROBABLY never play for a 50 win team again.

No team can compete in the NBA with his contract. Same with KG. Until these guys become FA, they won't be going anywhere.

And by then, they'll likely be too old to matter much. AI has 3 years left, KG has 4.

And those contracts are just getting bigger.

That's not a total blowout at least.
