i still play every day just not as much not cause the game isn't good its just i have beat just about everything in the game. mostly just farming the new green items. other than that already for my rank emote, won gvg matches.. won halls etc.

I started playing again last week and made it up to thunderhead keep so far with my 20 R/E, name is "Artem Stormrunner"

are any of you guys involved with the GvG very much? i saw there is a GW invitational worldwide tourney in Taipei, Taiwan in February, I bet that would be pretty wicked to watch the best teams from NA, europe, Korea, etc compete. How much would won have to play to get that sort of ranking? I haven't scratched the surface of GW pvp enough to really tell yet.

I picked up playing about a week ago. I have a tabled 20, a tabled 16 and am playing around with an 8 E/Me.

my guild used to gvg and probably will start back up after the tournament. everyone is busy with school and such

we were ranked 117 with a 17-1 gvg match record. (hard to move to the top 50 cause they padded their stats in the first ladder)

i am rank 3 so i got the stupid Elk emote.. but halls sucks now (if i pvp i am using my character "Thanks for Playing". i just log on every couple days to play my elementalist.

Metranon- as for your question.. technically you can get ranked on the ladder relatively quickly.. my guild went from not rated to top 150 in a couple months but we only did a couple matches a night. and sometimes no matches. Now super hardcore guild..probably within a week if your good enough.

rankings for Halls (aka fame) will take a while cause its a bitch to find groups that want anyone under rank 6. but will take a month or so imo. I have 278 fame but i kinda stopped playin tombs 2 months ago so. So i am Rank 3. But the rank 6 groups can hold tombs for a long ass time so they can get 1000 fame per fun depending how good they are.

i would start doing random.. then Team arenas a bit to get used to pvp. thats also to get faction to unlock skills. Then when you start halls start in the american districts.. and once you get rank 3+ the international districts have better players so go there.

but i am around once in a while so.. Kendrick Skullcrush (yes not a great name but i could think of something not already taken)
