Didn't Valve say that Day of Defeat: Source was going to be released at the end of September like a month and a half ago?

How do I activate it then? Steam is only saying: Coming Soon for my DoD: Source shortcut.

I was told that it was to be free for those who had the Silver & up packages, but apparently this is not the case... I bought the Platinum package and no dice.
