I know this is a stupid question, but is it possible to have black twins? Or anything other than white twins? I can't recall ever seeing any or hearing about any.

Asians have siamese twins all the time, so yes, other races can have twins.

I believe a black family had octuplets recently as well.

Kizzy... twins are made when either one single fertalized egg splits during the cell division process (if it splits all the way, then you have identical twins.. If it's a partial split, it's cajoined twins), or when two (or more) eggs are released and fertalized in the uterus (fraternal twins).

Race is simply a part of the genetic code, like eye color, so it shouldn't affect the cell division process.
