hunter build ....

Ok so im a little tired of my guild atm so I made a hunter / priest combo alliance ( easy mode ftw ) with a couple friends but since I tend to ignore all the hunters in my guild,

what is a good talent line to go into for them

beast mastery leveling, at 60 - 0/31/20 or 0/21/30

for the survival talents, its personal pref where you put those points, i just filled them in to give you an idea~

31/20/0 owns everything else, until it's time for raiding

then go 0/31/20 or 0/20/31

(5-31-15 surv. is just an example, entrapment owns against Nef. and razorgore but that's about it in strictly PVE raiding)

PVE/PVP -
0-31-20 or 0-21-30

for example this is how i was specced while owning it up in raids/BG's (in PVE i was outdamaging lightening reflex hunters, but not a 5-31-15 hunter [and i really think that a lightening reflex build is over-rated for pve and pvp even if you already have crazy base agility])

i like the BM build just changing it a bit since im running a priest at the same time I am not using mend pet or revive pet all that much atm may put points into mark for that then

Yes, and I would also go so far as to say 31/20/0 is on par with 31 MM builds for stuff up to, and including, MC until you attain a nice enough set of gear (ie. 400Agi) to make 30 points in Survival worthwhile (LR specifically).

Beast talents with liberal usage of Bestial Wrath will really help you pull your weight when you've still got relatively shitty gear. I'm still wearing like 3 pieces of 50's green shit, yet manage to consistantly place in the top 3 for just every instance but UBRS (fights on stairs, in small rooms, and that move around corners are de debbul).

Save yourself some gold (50g respecs ftl ><), and just stick with 31/20/0 until you're decked out in enough GS and shit to make going for LR worth it.

I remember the day the 1.7 patch came out

with 31/20/0 build, pet can now solo the lvl 57 elites in winterspring (the cobalt dragonkin, the ones that drop the blue sinew)

Those only sell for like 150g on my server now after i farmed them =\
