Well I would personally definately recommend a comeback as we are in need of good chanters :wink:

The game is actually pretty good right now except for some homosexual pathing issues and trash respawns in the end zones.

Even for the casual players the last 2 expansions have provided alot of opportunities for advancement and fun - such as monster missions (Nagafen 4tw) and the task system etc. EQ is doing fairly well and omgz it seems Mayong is the "boss" of this expansion (at least that is the rumor that currently exists).

I'll say it again, if EQ would come out with a brand spanking new server and not let anyone transfer their characters to the new server I would play again..

Chances of that happening though are about none.

Think they did that a while back with Strom - tho that was 2ish years ago and now it has probably caught up to all the other servers.

If you look in the DoD sound files, there are several unique voice files with his initials... and in an expansion about vampires it kind of narrows it down

Sony should sell an all expansion deal for like 50 bucks.

I'm like 5 expansions down, and really don't want to spend 120 bucks on them.

I get the itch often. I've been messing around in a few different online games, but its just not the same.

Stromm is no longer a newbie server. Guilds have transferred as a whole to Stromm, and yes, they are pretty much caught up to all other servers as a result.

And yes, DoDH lore to date says that Mayong will be the final boss.

I started playing again yesterday, I stopped at level 65 with ornate armor from PoP so I thought I was gonna be way behind everyone else, but I joined a group in Nektulos forest and we did and instance that dropped some pretty pimp gear (as far as I know it was pimp anyway) and I went in with a 51 SK and some other low 60s people. But once we were in we were all level 25 fairys with equal skill, so like... it didn't even matter that I sucked or there was a huge level difference. It sounds kind of gay reading about it but its alot of fun when you actually do it.

I'd only coming back if Lyion and Cynay get back together and when Barnabuss trades in his cleric for a mage. Only if Draed quits twice a month and Zeek posts the best flames on the board. Only if Tikker dual wields SBDs and Tigole has the only key to Sleepers. And Ahvienda comes back and makes a counter culture Guild.

You are a good guy Alphonse, I always liked ya in spite of the BS that went down. I'm sure alot of folk would like you to come back. Maybe you should. I never would though, it's just not the same game.

The last two expansions probably mark one of the best times to come back to the game, at least in terms of leveling / equipping your cartoon character quickly. While it makes for a lot more idiots running around, it is real nice if you want to come back but don't want to do a ton of grinding.

If you have a pre-existing 60-65 character it won't take too long to get to level 70 and have several 90-120hp items on you... and if you have well equipped friends you can have them do high level DoD missions and then have you replace you at the very end and you'll get Time-quality items, ranging from 140hp to 210ish hp, hehe. ;p
