Skipping while playing audio
Ok so whenever i play any kind of audio, or movie on my comp it will skip. And i dont mean like skip 3 seconds type thing, but it will stop playing and just like stutter for like a second or two and go on, but it does it all the time, no matter what song / video im watching. Could it be my soundcard?
