Battlefield 2

Crashes to desktop on me, 5 minutes into game, 10, 15, completely random. But always crashes from in game. Never loading or connecting.

Athlon XP 3000 2.2ghz
1 gig DDR400 PC3200
RADEON x850 pro 256mb
600 watt PSU

It is quite buggy, they need a real patch, but I think this issue is my problem, not EA's. I'm thinking my video card might be over heating, but in the past that's always hard booted my system. I don't know it's driving me crazy.

Makes me sad because this game is probably the most fun I've played since the first 20 levels of EQ.

bah I've narrowed it down to Power Supply issues or overheating. Now any game I play that's mildly taxing is crashing or booting the machine. Even a couple blue screens here and there.

yah BF2 sucks cock. I run a server for a bunch of friends who are into it but as far as I'm concerned, I'm fucking done with EA's shitty games.
