Raptors fans got the four words they wanted from all-star forward Chris Bosh today: "I'll gladly come back," Bosh said, confirming he'll sign a lucrative six-year contract extension this summer.

I'm not so much happy but relieved.

Lets hope they get at least half of alvin's contract off the books, and they're in pretty decent shape. I just hope they don't saddle themselves with some shitty free agent just because they have the cash to spare. Although they have a good GM now so that shouldn't happen

If alvin would ever fucking (am I aloud to say Fucking in the Sports forum) the entire contract comes off the books.

You were great once, Alvin, now piss off.

I don't know if you read but apparently there is a clause in his contract that if he he released due to knee problems, the raps are off the hook for 1/2 of his salary. So he has a choice, either make 1/2 of what he was supposed to and get released to try and find work with another team, or retire and make the full amount, and the raps have him off their cap space.

Either way, they save 3 mill in cap room for the next 2 seasons

He's going to contest if they release him.

He'll likely lose though. This is basicly BC cleaning house. I like what I've seen so far.
