They're going to lose this battle whether they like it or not. (the anti piracy, opensource, etc. crowd)

Its going to be really hard to do anything to them, what they were doing wasn't actually illegal.

On the other hand, it all comes down to $$.

Whoever is waving the $$ will win this particular fight. Piratebay will win this time, donations for legal battles will come in droves if necessary.

isohunt has been in the process of being sued bye the MPAA for a few months now and they're still doing fine. they talk a lot about it and the new CRIA studies about p2p affecting record sales etc. on the main page isohunt.com
