So who here is into photography? I was into it a bit in highschool but soon discovered pot and totally forgot about it until last year when a friend at work got into it.

I'm interested but I hardly know anything about it. Just point and shoot and then make it look nice on the PC. I have a fairly nice 10Mp camera though... I just took this picture a couple weeks ago. Click for bigger picture:

Nice panoramic shot. I have 6mp (Panasonic FZ7) I really want to get a dSLR. I just haven't decided on which one I want yet.

I just picked up a Canon EOS 5D SLR, 12 mega pixel for 400, we got it at work by a mistake and we couldnt send it back dropped down from original price of 3000. Middle of moving but I can't wait to get out and play with it.

I've heard that Nikkon and Canon are the two top brands. I'm hoping to get into photography a bit myself next year when I get a camera.

EOS here as well, which I love to death. My older brother got me into it as he was quite the adept photographer (except when it came to capturing flying fish).

I still have my Pentax K1000, but I hardly ever use it... I wish I had one of those cards for a 35mm camera to take digital pics ><
